We'll here is the main build.xml file (I think).  It appears that I may be able
to build the feature list from that with:

features=$(grep 'tagmodule.*-feature' releng/org.eclipse.ptp.releng/build.xml |
sed -e 's/^.* value="//' -e 's/-feature".*$//')

But the build order still isn't correct.
