Scribus is developed in 3 branches (stable, unstable and development) and these
branches are being supported/developed in parallel for years. The scribus
package contains the unstable branch that contains new features, but is not
recommended for production-grade work. I was explicitly asked by upstream to
include also the stable branch (this package).
