build the package suricata failed on rawhide/x86-64

from build log:
+ autoreconf -fv --install
/var/tmp/rpm-tmp.mVSkMD: line 40: autoreconf: command not found
error: Bad exit status from /var/tmp/rpm-tmp.mVSkMD (%prep)

maybe missing autoconf in BuldRequires
