The spec file is still revision 6.

I haven't had a look at the spec file yet, but the magic trick is to define the
blas library as
 --with-blas="-L%{_libdir}/atlas -lf77blas -latlas"
instead of
 --with-blas="-lblas".
in %configure. Anyway, you should get the idea.
