There is not.

Sorry that you are not interested in reading what I say, but I explained in
comment #3 that 0.3.2 wasn't released yet (Oct 26), it was released as
explained in comment #11 (Nov 21).

Don't bother trying 0.3.4 because it's not released yet either, and you don't
seem to get the concept.

wget -N also works for me: no error 404.
