- The primary development location for libaif is here in ptp.
- The devel-file/non-exec I would ignore.  Some PTP packages ship the sources
for code that is then compiled on the end user's machine.
- The other OS/archs stuff consists of a small shell script used to build the
shipped sources on the installed machine.  I could patch them out but it
doesn't seem worth it.

Still need to handle replacing the existing photran packages (they now have a
lower version number).
