- Add patch to compile against libconfig-1.4.5


I didn't move the configuration file to /etc. Well, I first made a patch and
asked upstream about it. They say that the configuration file is not a
traditional config file, it contains factory provided list of supported
devices. However they will discuss this further. I am keeping it in /usr/share
for now, and will act upon their decision.
