This review was done so quickly that I didn't have the chance to say this
before.

The spec has these two lines:

#license text extracted from font file
Source3:        License.txt

The Licensing Guidelines say:

"If (and only if) the source package includes the text of the license(s) in its
own file, then that file, containing the text of the license(s) for the package
must be included in %doc. If the source package does not include the text of
the license(s), the packager should contact upstream and encourage them to
correct this mistake."

I take this to mean that we can't extract the license from font metadata and
package that as a separate file.
