I did a checkout and did the cvs-import of ipmiutil successfully, but when I
tried to do a build, I got an error.  Please help me figure out what is wrong.

[arcress at ac4lht devel]$ make build
rpm: no arguments given for query
 not tagged with tag ipmiutil--
make: *** [build-check] Error 1
[arcress at ac4lht devel]$ pwd
/home/arcress/cvs/ipmiutil/devel
