I have started to take a look at this package, and I am unable to get it to
build in mock.  It looks like it may be missing some BuildRequires.  It looks
like you need to add lv2core-devel and boost-devel.

I tried building it outside of mock, where I already have those two packages
installed, and got this error, which if I am not mistaken is a common one on
F13:

/usr/bin/ld: programs/elven/lv2host.o: undefined reference to symbol
'dlclose@@GLIBC_2.2.5'
/usr/bin/ld: note: 'dlclose@@GLIBC_2.2.5' is defined in DSO /lib64/libdl.so.2
so try adding it to the linker command line
/lib64/libdl.so.2: could not read symbols: Invalid operation
