Thanks a lot, Tom. Meego netbook spin(based on moblin) currently don't have a
dependency on libva, however Netbook MTF(multitouchframework) spin depends on
it.
libva is also used by clutter-gst, gnash and totem which is already included in
fedora. i965 part is a drive and can be packaged seperately, there are some
other 3rd party drive/backend available for libva.
