Dear Ankur,

I have changed the spec as follows:
  use python macros provided by Fedora
  remove name, version, unmangled_version and vendor tag
  reorder the tags according to hello.spec_file
  add comments rationalizing the "requires" tag
  use cflags in %build
  use python macros in %install

rpmlint output nothing on spec.

Koji build successfully for Fedora 12 and Fedora 13
