Hi, src/tmva looks to be both used and is BSD.

With http://tmva.sourceforge.net/ as up stream.

Generally there is quite a bit of code from other places, some of this 
is not being used for sure such as 

core/pcre/src/pcre-7.8.tar.gz

so while not a requirement to remove these kind of things it would certainly
make the review easier if this unused stuff could be removed in %setup
or even earlier.
