Patch silencing complaint about non-existent %{_libdir}/sasl2/Sendmail.conf

This patch skips the warning for missing SASL config file under %{_libdir}. A
missing /etc/sasl2/Sendmail.conf still generates the error. Other errors (such
as world-writable file) still generate the error too.
