Please be careful with the %ghosts. If there are more MTA packages installed,
removing sendmail will remove the files as other MTAs don't own the files.

I'm not sure if it's possible to make a clean upgrade to the new alternatives
system. I posted about the problem on fedora-packaging list when the new system
was introduced, but there were no solutions proposed.
