I haven't found GPLv3 myself and I am dimly remember it might not be possible
to have one ... I think GPLv3 made + finally mandatory, but I would have to
check on this.

However, while looking for it I found this pearl:

gdb/osf-share/HP800/cma_thread_io.h is apparently BSD-ish license.
