Removed `Obsoletes: gdbm...`
Used %%configure --disable-static instead of removing libgdmb.a

Symbolic links (libgdbm.so.2->libgdmb.so.3) and some "Provides" tags must be
removed from the gdbm package _before_ this package goes to rawhide.
