My bad: this package doesn't actually install :(

I missed the move of easy_install to easy_install-2.6, which meant that it
shadowed the version from the main stack.

Updated specfile:

Updated SRPM:
http://dmalcolm.fedorapeople.org/epel-packaging/python26-setuptools-0.6.10-2.el5.src.rpm

Diff of specfile:

Fixes the shadowing issue; rpmlint output is as before
