I have built a test spec file with most of the changes implemented and
submitted to SVN.  I'd like this reviewed before producing a release with a
src.rpm.

I have removed all non-essential %post logic, but the remaining logic cannot be
moved to init scripts since init scripts do not auto-start at install time, and
the remaining logic should only run once at install time.

The 'chkconfig -add' lines are conditional because, in the use case where the
package is being installed as an IPMI LAN client and there is no local IPMI
supported, it does not make sense for those services to be loaded or run at
all.
