I also use sed to fix up the paths instead of a patch, that means I can use
%{pear_phpdir} to point to the correct pear directory. It also makes
maintaining the package a bit easier.

Swift Mailer is now available as php-swift-Swift, so that is used.

I guess this means Fedora 14 then :-)
