I have finally found enough free time to respond to the comments, incorporate
them into the project, and re-submit it for evaluation!

1. I updated soaplib to version 0.8.1. They moved webhosts and incorporated my
patch upstream, so it eliminates the need for the patch

2. I did my best to incorporate all of the comments and suggestions people
left. RPMlint on the spec & RPMs is clean on my machine

3. This is tested on koji against F-11, F-12, and F-13

new spec: http://jomara.fedorapeople.org/python_soaplib/python-soaplib.spec
new srpm:
http://jomara.fedorapeople.org/python_soaplib/python-soaplib-0.8.1-1.fc12.src.rpm

Please let me know how this looks!
