I tried to heed all the advice given above.

I marked the spec attachment obsolete since upload somewhere + link seems to be
recommended.

Please note that the packaging guidelines
- mix macro and var style, 
- mention --skip-build and CFLAGS in the py2/py3 section only
- recommend leaving out the BuildRoot tag, clean sections etc., even though
rpmlint issues warnings.

This could be easier on noobs ;)

Also, I think I need to specify FE-NEEDSPONSOR somewhere.
