I think I've proven already I don't know them, and given the sheer extent, I
probably never will.

/wiki/PackageMaintainers/Join says package approval then apply for sponsorship.
In fact, I'm not interested in doing formal reviews, I just wanted to submit a
spec for packaging, not knowing what that would encompass.
Man, and I thought *we* (the Git folks) are making it hard for 1st time
submitters...
