You need to find a sponsor, either with packaging more packages and/or review
other packages "informal", so your sponsor sees, that you have understand the
guidelines.

I gave you some comments, so you could bump the release and do some changes, so
that issues are gone (for example).

But because I'm not a sponsor yet, I can't review this…
