The %filter_provides_in works well with 

   %filter_provides_in %{php_extdir}/.*\.so$
or %filter_from_provides /%{pecl_name}.so/d

(first seems more simple, especially when various extensions provided, like for
php itself)

We have strange result with %{python_sitearch}, but this seems really a typo ;)
