Everything can be packaged in rpm format, that is not an issue. What matters is
if the package follows fedora packaging guidelines or not. This one bundles its
own xulrunner, which is really ugly and creates security problems ( unless the
packager backports the patches to the bundled xulrunner ).

It is not a package requirement, but I think ( IMHO ) that applications which
respect the DE theme fit better.
