- Updated to release 2.0.16
- Removed patch "stack_namespace" and "poppler_breaks_api" because
already included upstream
- Added swig and texlive-pdflatex to BuildRequires
- Moved python files to a separate package

New files are available at:

It builds fine in mock but I have problems with koji:

The ppc/ppc64 fails with a "glibc double free or corruption" in doxygen and
then the builds for x86_64 and i686 are canceled.
