I don't like crippled software :-( In fact it builds fine even on s390/s390x
...
Conditionalizing the server subpackage makes sense or we could start with an
ExclusiveArch for this package, because there are 3 big-endian arches in
secondary status


The built-twice issue can be solved with passing the --cppflags also in the
install run. And "-fno-strict-aliasing" should be added.
