The Scalar::Util is required from MyTestHelpers::findrefs only.
MyTestHelpers::findrefs is called from MyTestHelpers::test_weaken_show_leaks
only and MyTestHelpers::test_weaken_show_leaks is not called from anywhere.
Thus I conclude Scalar::Util is not required at build time.
