Before I submit my updated .spec with the requested changes:

For Rakefile and .rake tasks, do we want these packaged or throw them away?

   /usr/lib/ruby/gems/1.8/gems/extlib-0.9.15/Rakefile
   /usr/lib/ruby/gems/1.8/gems/extlib-0.9.15/tasks/ci.rake
   /usr/lib/ruby/gems/1.8/gems/extlib-0.9.15/tasks/metrics.rake
   /usr/lib/ruby/gems/1.8/gems/extlib-0.9.15/tasks/spec.rake
   /usr/lib/ruby/gems/1.8/gems/extlib-0.9.15/tasks/yard.rake
   /usr/lib/ruby/gems/1.8/gems/extlib-0.9.15/tasks/yardstick.rake

Should these not go into some -devel package? What is policy for these?
