Given this is targeting only recent distros (F15+), a few other changes should
be made.

* add tmpfiles.d config file
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging:Tmpfiles.d
* add systemd unit files https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging:Systemd
- when done, initscripts go into an optional subpackage.
