Do you want to package for EPEL 5 or older?

If not, delete buildroot, clean section and the rm in the install section, as
well as the sitelib definition. Otherwise, use an if around it, like:
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging:Python#Macros

Defattr is no longer necessary.
