Please increment your submitted package's %release each time you modify your
submission and provide URLS to your updated SPEC and srpm - ATM, it's
impossible for reviewers to tell whether they are looking at the right package.
Besides this, your package currently fails to build in mock:
[configure]
...
checking whether the C compiler works... no
onfigure: error: in `/builddir/build/BUILD/UpTools-8.5.4':
configure: error: C compiler cannot create executables
See `config.log' for more details
config.log:
...
configure:3622: checking whether the C compiler works
configure:3644: gcc -O2 -g -pipe -Wall -Wp,-D_FORTIFY_SOURCE=2 -fexceptions
-fstack-protector --param=ssp-buffer-size=4 -m64 -mtune=generic -no-install
-Wl,-as-needed conftest.c >&5
gcc: error: unrecognized option '-no-install'
configure:3648: $? = 1
configure:3686: result: no
configure: failed program was:
| /* confdefs.h */
| #define PACKAGE_NAME "UpTools"
| #define PACKAGE_TARNAME "UpTools"
| #define PACKAGE_VERSION "8.5.4"
| #define PACKAGE_STRING "UpTools 8.5.4"
| #define PACKAGE_BUGREPORT "bugs-uptools at palermo.edu"
| #define PACKAGE_URL ""
| #define PACKAGE "UpTools"
| #define VERSION "8.5.4"
| /* end confdefs.h. */

| return 0;
| }
configure:3691: error: in `/builddir/build/BUILD/UpTools-8.5.4':
configure:3693: error: C compiler cannot create executables
See `config.log' for more details
AFAIS, the configure script is trying to play games with LDFLAGS.
