Yes, it's hard to find any documentation on how to add translated summaries and
descriptions to the spec. Nonetheless, you did it correctly, so they should
work properly.

The guideline not to repeat the package name in the Summary does not apply to
the %description. Thus, you may use "Hitori-Puzzle" (or the like) instead of
"Puzzle dieses Namens" for example. 

Please also add the ChangeLog files to the package (with %doc).
