I did the mock build using the following commands

mock --init
mock --install libst2205-devel-1.4.3-2.fc14.i686.rpm
libst2205-1.4.3-2.fc14.i686.rpm 
mock --install serdisplib-devel-1.97.9-1.fc14.i686.rpm
serdisplib-1.97.9-1.fc14.i686.rpm 
mock --installdeps lcd4linux-0.11-0.1.svn1143.fc15.src.rpm 
mock --copyin lcd4linux-0.11-0.1.svn1143.fc15.src.rpm /tmp
mock --shell
> cd
> rpmbuild --rebuild /tmp/lcd4linux-0.11-0.1.svn1143.fc15.src.rpm
