liblouis.spec:18: W: unversioned-explicit-provides bundled(gnulib)
liblouis.spec:76: W: macro-in-comment %check
0 packages and 1 specfiles checked; 0 errors, 2 warnings.

The second issue of rpmlint we can throw away. The first one declares the known
exception for gnulib libraries, but what's the reason of rpmlint for this
issue?

Additionally, you should replace the occurences of the package name in the
%files sections with the macro %{name}.
