Ah, I didn't know about that package.

Fedora has it's own libqxt. Please use that instead.

cmake \
        -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=%{_prefix} \
        -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release \
        -DCMAKE_INSTALL_LIBRARY_DIR=%{_libdir}/%{name} \
        .

Notice the fullstop that stands for the current directory instead of stating
its full path. Also notice %{_prefix}.
