Remove build requires that are part of the default buildroot

Remove the explicit requires

Build the package using mock build or koji scratch build and verify that you
have specified the dependencies correctly

Run rpmlint on the spec file, srpm and binary rpm and ensure that all valid
warnings and errors are fixed

After that,  bump up the release
