Alright Carl,

Looks like you cleaned up this SPEC quite a bit to make it readable and
functional.

I verified it builds in mock under epel-5-x86_64 and the rpmlints are clean:

$ rpmlint /var/lib/mock/epel-5-x86_64/result/*.rpm
perl-Net-SSH-Expect.noarch: I: enchant-dictionary-not-found en_US
2 packages and 0 specfiles checked; 0 errors, 0 warnings.

$ rpmlint SPECS/perl-Net-SSH-Expect.spec 
0 packages and 1 specfiles checked; 0 errors, 0 warnings.

You also successfully built a scratch in Koji:
