It is great to see activity on this again! I tried building the src rpm on
Fedora 13, and that worked, but on install I got this:

bash-4.1# rpm -Uvh rpmbuild/RPMS/x86_64/dcmtk-3.6.0-2.fc13.x86_64.rpm 
error: Failed dependencies:
 libdcmdsig.so()(64bit) is needed by dcmtk-3.6.0-2.fc13.x86_64
 libijg12.so()(64bit) is needed by dcmtk-3.6.0-2.fc13.x86_64
 libijg16.so()(64bit) is needed by dcmtk-3.6.0-2.fc13.x86_64
 libijg8.so()(64bit) is needed by dcmtk-3.6.0-2.fc13.x86_64
 liblibi2d.so()(64bit) is needed by dcmtk-3.6.0-2.fc13.x86_64

Not sure why.
