Licensing figured out.

Checked and it used to be that some xrootd code was in the package, but not
anymore. Traces of the previous copyright replaced with CERN/IT/GT/DMS. Code
simply links against xrootd libraries.

License stays GPLv3. 

New srcrpm / spec:
