After talking this through with jcapik, a forced subpackage arrangement, while
still acceptable, is simply unnecessary since maven can resolve the naming
issue.
Just build one jar, add the maven magic to provide mappings to the
license-names, and tag the package as:
License: ASL 2.0 or LGPLv2+
