Me too, I have a working full-featured scilab (with Xcos, documentation and so
on).

I have build the embedded help jars successfully but I disabled saxon so I have
no PDF generation see http://bugzilla.scilab.org/show_bug.cgi?id=8479 for more
information.

Of course this package depends on jhdf5, in review at
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=730970 .
