Sorry, I've been extremely busy lately and haven't had much time to work on
this.  The time I did have hasn't been very fruitful, either.

I think the best way to go is to stop trying to do http-parser as a shared
library and link statically instead as upstream does.  See bug 741137 for
details.

I'll have a new nodejs build with that, the new upstream release, and
(hopefully) fixing npm this week.
