For the versioned libraries that would be better. Not mandatory however with
our current guidelines. Primarly I want you to be aware of this.

Even if currently there are no other packages in the package collection, which
share these library names, it is not nice to pollute the global namespace with
versioned SONAME Provides.

# repoquery --whatrequires libAggregation.so.1
freemedforms-devel-0:0.5.9-0.1.alpha1.fc16.i686

If we didn't had a base package dependency in the guidelines, this would break
here already.

freemedforms is mispackaged IMO: bug 742396
