Starting with rpmlint:
nmon.src: W: spelling-error %description -l en_US analyser -> analyses,
analyzer, analysand
UK vs. US spelling. I guess...

OK

But really, I would exchange the entire description section for something short
and concise like "System administrator's tuner and benchmark tool. Can be used
interactivly through curses-based CLI or export CSV data"

nmon.x86_64: W: wrong-file-end-of-line-encoding
/usr/share/doc/nmon-14g/Documentation.txt
Fix it in the %prep section with sed: sed -i 's/\r//' src/somefile or dos2unix.
