If you need BLAS or LAPACK, please use ATLAS instead of the reference versions,
since it's way faster.

 --bindir=%{_libdir}/$MPI_COMPILER_NAME/bin
should read
 --bindir=$MPI_BIN

and the same for MPI_LIB and MPI_INCLUDE.
