This adds the novaterm command which allows you to open a shell on the WebOS
device, and also renames the package in accordance with
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=809114#c8.  A metapackage named
'novacom' is included that brings in both the server and the client.

The 'novacom' package description specifies that the novacomd service must be
started.
