Since you're not a fedora packager, you need to be approved by a sponsor which
will formally review your packages. Usually, sponsors require that new
packagers do some informal reviews to show their knowledge of fedora packaging
(and help processing the reviews queue).

I would have gladly sponsored you but i'm no sponsor so i can help you to get
your review in shape by doing an informal review.

I suggest that you search a sponsor either on irc (#fedora-devel @freenode), or
fedora devel mailing-list. Maybe one of your coworkers @redhat can sponsor you
too.

When you'll be sponsored, any fedora packager can review and then approve your
packages.
