#2 and #4 are good points, and I have added comments to the spec file.

Regarding #3, I believe I took the build.xml from debian, since there's not an
upstream build.xml.  I cannot really link to that, and I've changed it to add
javadocs, anyway.  The pom file did come from maven.org, though, so I haved
referenced the URL for that in the new version:
